You agree that ABiSoft,Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You expressly understand and agree that AbiSoft, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if AbiSoft, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

This Terms of Service is the entire agreement between you and ABiSoft, Inc. governing subscription to any of the free legal information services provides by ABiSoft, Inc.

ABiSoft respects the privacy and security of its users. The following sets out information regarding the collection and use of information obtained through the ABiSoft website.

We collect information in three ways:

1. User-Supplied Information: When you sign up for a service, we require your name and email address. We need your address to send you email; we need your name to personalize the mail.
2. Server Log Information: When you visit an Internet Web site, you disclose certain information about yourself, such as your Internet [Protocol] (IP) address and the time of your visit. This is just the way our server works.
3. Cookies: In order to offer and provide a customized, personal service, ABiSoft may use cookies -- pieces of information sent to your browser from our Web server -- to store store your password on your computer.

The privacy and protection of your personal information is vitally important to us. ABiSoft does not make personal information available to any third parties.
